By accessing or using the Awakening 2026 website and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use this service. These Terms apply to all visitors, participants, and account holders.

You must be legally permitted to use this service under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining control over your phone number, OTP access, and account activity.

You agree to provide accurate participant information and keep your details reasonably up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, session, or security controls.
• Automate or manipulate referral actions in a way that creates false activity.
• Interfere with service operations, data integrity, or other users.

Referral codes and rewards are managed through event systems and may change based on verification, eligibility checks, policy enforcement, or operational decisions.

To be eligible for rewards, your referrals must be registered and verified at least 1 day before the event, and they must attend the event. Referrals made after this cutoff or who do not attend may not qualify for reward distribution.

We may adjust, withhold, or revoke referral credit or rewards if activity appears invalid, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Reward distribution timing, availability, and final eligibility remain subject to event rules and administrative confirmation.

We work to provide accurate and timely information, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or always-current reward data at every moment.

Service functionality may be modified, paused, or discontinued in whole or part, including for maintenance, security, or event operations.

Unless otherwise stated, all site content, branding, visual assets, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to TKT Church and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial participation related to Awakening 2026. No license is granted for broader reuse without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or part, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where necessary for security, legal compliance, or service protection.

Upon termination, rights granted to use the service end immediately, and some data may be retained as required by law or operational necessity.

The service may link to or rely on third-party systems such as authentication, hosting, or communications providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKT Church and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TKT Church, its officers, team members, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to Section 12 below, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.

Before filing formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Send dispute notices to support@tktchurch.com with relevant details. If resolution is not reached within a reasonable period, either party may proceed through the courts specified in Section 11.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

Continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
